RETURN POLICY
You have 14 Business days to initiate a return request. Reason must be validated by our support/staff
You must state your order number, the SKU you want to return, and the reason for the return. Please also provide a photo of the product in question. It is important to also state if you wish for a refund or an exchange. If you wish to exchange please also provide the SKU of the product you wish to exchange.
Allow 24 hours for feedback.
Once we have received your query we send a courier to come and collect the item.

When an Item is correct but does not fit
If the clothing OR any items from the store you received are correct but do not fit you. Please send us an email at

When the item you received is incorrect
If the clothing Or any items you received are incorrect from what you ordered. Please send us an email at

When the item you received is damaged
If the clothing OR any items you received is correct, but the item is damaged. Please send us an email at info@seluace.com
Stating your SKU item ID and order number and whether you need a different item or a refund. It is also important that you send us a picture showing the damage on the item to expedite the exchange or the refund.
Cancellation
You can cancel at time by sending an email to
info@seluace.com, providing us with your order number and the reason for the cancellation.
You can return the item/s to our office, or you can send it via courier. If you use a courier to return the item, please send us an email to
info@seluace.com with the shipping label for the return.
Exchanges
We can exchange any item, as long as the item is unworn and within the1 business days period

We offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If for valid and reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
Once we receive the product(s) in its original packaging, a refund will be credited to your payment card account within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take up to 5-10 business days for your bank to credit your account. We are not responsible and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges you may incur during the refund process.
